Boxing Fitness

Ken’s classes begin with a 10 minutes warm-up and stretch followed by Strength & Conditioning exercises with resistance, Upper Body Strength with resistance & body weight, Core (abdominal) training, Punching drills with focus mitts and target shields, and cool down with stretching.

Wednesday 2:00 – 3:00 pm; Friday 7:00 – 8:00 pm
