Spinning

John’s classes begin with a 5 minute warm-up after which he guides you through a variety of up-tempo cadences (pedal rates), sprints, “hills”, in various positions (seated, standing), at different levels of resistance, on a stationary bike to an ever changing collection of music. A workout that can be as vigorous as you make it; burning calories, improving cardiovascular health and strengthening muscles.

Monday 6:30 – 7:15 pm & 7:30 – 8:15 pm; Tuesday 6:15 – 7:00 pm & 7:15 – 8:00 pm; Thursday 6:00 – 6:45 pm & 7:00 – 7:45 pm; Saturday 10:30 – 11:30 pm
