Our Approach to Personal Training

Personal training at the Fitness Point is a dynamic, customized and engaging personal experience. Beginning with your very first session we will tailor your fitness program to fit your individual schedule and lifestyle. After your initial customization we will continue to assess, session by session, that your program is working for you. We will constantly look to ensure that you are comfortable with your schedule, happy with your program, and achieving your fitness goals.

Our Programs

Our goal at the Fitness Point is to design a customized personal training program that will make you feel healthy and happy. The numbers on the scale are less important to us than the way you feel, and the value that your fitness brings to your day to day life. We will bring this value to your life through the leadership of our hand picked and highly experienced trainers (Our Trainers), our diverse and expertly led small group fitness classes (Group Fitness Training), and the occasional gym-wide fitness goal or challenge (Goals & Challenges). By engaging with one or all of these options we will design a fitness program that will fit your unique lifestyle.
