Cross Training

Ken’s classes begin with a 10 minute warm-up and stretch followed by a wide variety of functional movements with resistance & weights which build endurance, aerobic health, muscle, and are an essential component of all weight loss/body toning regimes.

Sunday 9:30 – 10:30 am; 10:30 – 11:30 am
