Yoga Kundalini

Leslie’s class uses pranayam (breath work), a kriya or set of yoga exercises and a meditation to bring the body, mind and spirit into a state of balance. Practising Kundalini Yoga raises awareness and helps to develop our creative potential. Classes are suitable for all levels.
