Group Fitness Training at the Fitness Point

In addition to Personal Training, we also offer Group Fitness Training options to our clients at the Fitness Point. Our group fitness classes are always small, in order to allow for as much one-on-one attention as possible, even within the group environment. By keeping our group classes sizes small we are able to deliver personalized, energetic classes that compliment your fitness program while also creating community and camaraderie among clients and trainers at the gym.

Our group class leaders are energetic and highly knowledgeable fitness professionals. In addition to this, they are all fitness enthusiasts themselves, with a passion for their workouts. And they want you to be as engaged as they are! This means that wherever possible, we will tailor our group classes to meet your specific goals and physical needs. Our group class leaders will guide you through escalating intensity levels, variations on moves and poses, and in the moment alterations to ensure that you get the best workout possible. Forget the big gym, “one-size fits all” class mentality. At the Fitness Point even our group classes are tailored to you.
