Kickbag Pilates

Jackie’s classes work to develop the whole body by challenging clients to increase their overall strength, agility and cardiovascular capacity. The circuit training stations keep the classes challenging by incorporating various exercises, including kick-boxing, plyometric training, Pilates, strengthening machines and free weights, helping to build strength in a variety of muscle groups, while increasing cardiovascular conditioning.

Monday – Friday 1:00 – 2:00 pm; Saturday 2:00 – 3:00 pm; 3:00 – 4:00 pm
